When Perch Plans started, our goal was to create collected and thoughtful home plans that would fit well into any community. As we grow, we are continuing to look for ways to provide our clients with more high-quality service, making the home-building process a more cohesive and efficient experience.
To make good on that goal, we are proud to now offer our clients Interior Selection Packages. Our design team has carefully curated three packages for each Perch Plans Collection. We encourage our clients to peruse all interiors packages, even packages outside their selected plan flight to be sure that not only the home plan suits their needs and tastes, but the interior finishes and fixtures do as well.
